BIOGRAPHY

In September 2018 Cillian finished studying a Masters in Musical Theatre at the Guildford School of Acting. Prior to this he was fortunate enough to study on the prestigious 'joint course' between the Royal Northern College of Music and the University of Manchester, where he studied classical voice and music respectively. 

Cillian began teaching, performing and directing from his late teens and during his undergraduate course in Manchester he began to work regularly as a freelance musician. Part of his love for freelancing is the sheer variance of work that music offers. Whilst teaching and musical directing generally takes up most of Cillian’s professional time, he has enjoyed many performance opportunities as a soloist and in an ensemble. Cillian has enjoyed performing in some fantastic venues including; Bridgewater Hall Manchester, Harrogate Town Hall, Royal Festival Hall London, Greighallen Bergen, The Other Palace London and The Shaftesbury Theatre London.

Having finished his Masters in Guildford Cillian is now primarily based in London. Whilst still teaching and musically directing he is proud to be represented as an actor by Hilary Gagan Associates.
